My Photography

This page is not quite complete, or in web parlance, it remains under construction . . .

Photography has long been a passion with me. My father introduced me to it early on and often gifts on birthdays, at Christmas, and other special times were either a new camera, film, or flash bulbs (later we moved up to flash cubes, WOW!) Now, I have moved to digital and continue to learn everyday.

Given the time and money to explore, I prefer landscape photography and include with that cityscapes and street scenes. I work in color, mostly, but I'm always on the lookout for a photo to which color contributes little or actually detracts from from the image. Unfortunately, so far I have not achieved the level of artistry so many of my photographer heroes have achieved. I have some favorites and I hope they are an influence on my photography.
